Locked out and NOT factory reset
No se pudo cargar el archivo multimedia.
The tablet is pretty beat up and not “like new from arms length distance”. It has permanent damage to the touch screen when it looks like something hit it or someone pressed way too hard. And of course, even if the other stuff didn’t bother me, it’s locked out bc it wasn’t properly, factory reset. I’d have to purchase a keyboard to try to reset it. Total waste of my time and money. I’m surprised it even arrived, it was shipped from Louisville to Syracuse, NJ and back twice before it arrived to me locally in Louisville. I needed this for gigging guitar through digital plugins but this was a total bust. Will have to go local at BEST BUY and spend an extra $200 to get a brand new surface pro x. This is the SECOND windows tablet from AMAZON that was total JUNK. Save yourself the hassle, buy new and local.

Recommend this product and seller
Product was as described. Couldnt tell its a refurb, new box, everthing works great. Added the arc mouse as i dont like touchpads and connected well. No problems setting anything up. Looking to a docking hub. This is a good useful machine. Everything runs in the cloud now so provided you keep the ram up this will last you a while. I may have considered the i7 model but this is fine for now and a good deal for the price in my research.

Caution: go for Android or iOS – this product won’t last you a year
I bought 2 of these for my son 2 years in a row (fool me once…). Neither one lasted a year. They just quit charging after a couple months – wasted MORE money on a new charger because it can’t be the brand spanking new Surface Pro, but it was. Of course this all happened after the return period. Granted he isn’t the most careful user, but nothing crazy. He’s had the same Samsung Android tablet for over a year now. He has an older Samsung that predates the Surface Pro debacle so over 4 years ago – it’s still working today.So. much. money. wasted… I will never buy one of these again.

Utile
The laptop is lowkey amazing. It’s just as good if not better than a macbook, and i have no issues with day-to-day use. I have not tried any games on it since I primarily use it for personal and school oriented work but it is by no means laggy in any way even on battery saving mode. The storage can be an issue for the average consumer but for me it is more than i need. Wouldn’t recommend for any photographers.

Excellent Surface renewal.
I am very happy with this purchase. The Surface Pro really works far better than my Surface 3. It operates smoothly with any programs I have thrown at it. I am using now while out of town and works like a champ even when on the bed. Quiet and long lasting. Who could ask for much more? The tablet is in excellent condition and seems very well renewed. This is one happy customer.

Windows 10 install has problems out of the box
Windows 10 Pro is missing many files. cant open task manager, cant open any settings, cant run cmd, cant open Edge.Update: took some troubleshooting, and many incremental restarts, but it appears to be working now.

What is “The British School in the Netherlands”, and why do I have their computer?
For the first six months of my purchase, this product worked great. The problem came when I tried to reset Windows 10. Upon going through this relatively simple process, I reached a screen that asked for my e-mail account at The British School in the Netherlands. There is no way around this, since doing a clean install gives the same result. Since I have never heard of this institution, much less have an e-mail address there, I have now bricked this product, thanks to a substandard renewal process. So much for that.

Not really renewed
There were some unexpected scratches on the back of the device. The device’s processing speed was so slow, which isn’t characteristic of surface pros. I also tried to download google chrome but it said it would take 3 hours to complete the download. It would take 2 minutes to upload web pages, and even then, it wasn’t completely finished.The audio on the device wasn’t working and there was no way to change it because the device stated there was no audio output option. Any attempt to troubleshoot the problem was met with a spinning wheel that never ceased.I immediately sent the device back, so no pictures….sorry.

Very poor quality Surfaces and even worse client support from Cell Electronix II.
I bought two refurbished Surfaces which can’t be used without having them plugged in, they automatically turn off despite having at least half of the charge.What’s the probability of this happening with TWO surfaces, slim to none, but it happened to me and Client support from Cell Electronix II has been very poor. They sell bad quality products and have no empathy with the Client. Don’t recommend buying anything from them, I surely won’t.

OK for light use
Looks like a nice unit: very clean, and functioning properly. Computing power is appropriate for light tasks. Professional graphics software cannot be used without significant delay. Two stars were deducted since using this unit can be cumbersome without the additional purchase of the Surface Pen and keyboard.

Battery does not last more than about three to four hours without charging
Battery life is so important to me, and it was written that it would have a battery that exceeds 80% capacity relative to new which is clearly is not the case. Although everything else work just fine, I am very disappointed.

Horrible customer service
The laptop works fine, however the exterior of the laptop is really beat up. The scratches are very visible, the pictures shown actually made it look much better. According to Amazon Renewed the products shouldn’t have any visible damage, I tried asking for a refund. They were kind enough to asked me if I’m fine with a $70 discount, and after I replied to the email with a “yes”. They then told me they can only offer $20 off.Very disappointed.

Disappointed on arrival
I purchased this laptop and I was very excited while waiting for it in the mail. However, when I got it, it was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. There was a red sticky bar on the pad, which looked very unflattering on a grey colour). There are also a lot of scratches on the laptop as well. The back of the laptop is crooked/bent.Also, the laptop itself is VERY SLOW UGHHHHH. The keyboard takes a while to follow up, which is VERY VERY ANNOYING. The laptop didn’t even come with the charger!!!!! They said they’ll mail me the charger but they NEVER DID. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for quite a while now. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO USE THE LAPTOP WITHOUT THE CHARGER?????I was just very disappointed! Not worth purchasing this laptop at all!

So far i’m impressed
Product arrived in good condition and as described.There were a few minor issues with the order, one was my fault, the other was not.So far their customer service has been helpful and quick to respond.I’ve only had the device for a day, so i haven’t had an opportunity to assess battery life performance, etc.. As long as everything goes as planned with the issue resolution, the device performs OK, and last a reasonable amount of time i would definitely do business with them again.

Renewed Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Tablet PC
I am a Dell laptop use for 15 years and my current one was going on 6 years old and was looking for a replacement. I started with Dell and then looked at the MS Surface. The newer versions are well over $1,200 and by chance I saw the renew ones on my search. The Surface Pro 4 caught my eye especially the $350 price tag. Yes, it has Windows 10 but it has all of the other features I needed plus more. All of my Dell laptops were non-touch screen but the Surface 4 changed that for me. The only downside I have found after 30 days of use is the battery life. It seems to lose about 5% a day if completely off. I purchased an external battery for extra security out and about but I will likely replace the battery at some point. The replacement battery’s go for about $50.00. Other than the battery issue I am very pleased with the purchase. I would also recommend the 4 Year Tablet Accident Protection Plan which is worth the $93.00 for any drops, cracked screen and power surges. Even with replacement battery, 4 year warranty and the tablet – I’m all in for less than $500.00. This tablet will last me at least the 4 years and likely a few beyond that!

Nice price for the Microsoft Surface Laptop Intel Core
You might be down here checking out the reviews and all like I did. Well let me tell ya, I got the Microsoft Surface Laptop Intel Core i5 7th Gen 8GB RAM 256GB SSD Win 10 Platinum (Renewed) and well it’s quite good. Only problem I have with it is, it gets REALLY HOT. If you have the same issue as I do, I recommend turning on the battery saver. I also found a little pink spot and some minor scratches on the Windows Icon at the top. BUT, overall yeah pretty decent!

You’ll need a keyboard!
Shame on me for not paying close enough to notice that the keyboard is an “accessory” and as such not included. Shame on the seller for not making it more clear. Take note that Microsoft surface keyboards are fairly expensive unless you are lucky enough to source a decent used one.The laptop works very well and for my needs seems to be as snappy as newer model computers. I was concerned that the older i5 processor was going to be an issue but it certainly is not.The computer itself was a very good value and definitely worth a 5 star review. But a two star reduction for the lack of keyboard.

I love the surfacepros. This is just my latest. I don’t like computer systems much, they are complicated and as a biologist, I don’t understand computers.So I got the excellent like new. Not gonna mess with something that has flaws I don’t know what to do with. But also I don’t use it enough to warrant a new device that I will have to upgrade again and again.This excellent like new product has 4 permanent pressure or burn spots on the screen. The outside is scuffed a bit. Not enough to be any kind of problem or interfere, but inwould never rate it excellent like new.

My Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Tablet, (renewed) arrived well packaged and very prompt. The big negative was the fact that it did not come with a keyboard, sad. Well, the description does say, Tablet 🙁 It did come with a power cord, sorry the photo doesn’t show it. One plus was the unexpected carrying case, if you want to call it that. Kind of awkward for a quite large tablet without a screen protector. Now I’m just going to keep my fingers crossed that it’ll serve me well. I am disappointed about the missing keyboard.

Charger died in a Week!
The battery life seemed to be very average, lasted maybe 5-6 hours on full charge.. the charger stopped working all of a sudden during the second use and then couldn’t use the laptop since then!! Learnt my lesson about getting Refurbished products!

I ordered the model because in the description it said the surface was a “7th generation” but in reality it’s a “5th generation”. I imported the device out of United States so, I can’t return it, which makes me feel upset keeping a device that I didn’t want.

This is an excellent PC!
The face recognition feature can be hit and miss until going through setup a few times with varying light levels. The PC is quick and boots surprisingly fast. The touchscreen is extremely useful if you don’t have your wireless mouse handy. It is light an a convenient size for moving from location to location. The solid state drive is nice for being able to move without shutting down the computer. I personally opted for the surface laptop because I tend to do work away from desks frequently. I would recommend this laptop.

Compact, usefull great price

Good “renewed” machine
I bought this with the type cover as a laptop replacement and web surfing/video watching tablet. It is a little bulky, and I like the size of the iPad better, but I do not like iOS and prefer Windows in general. Windows 10 runs smoothly on this machine for my uses, and works fine in either tablet or laptop mode. The screen is nice and crisp, the boot-up is quick, and the type cover has a good feel and is easy to use as far as these small keyboards go. I considered the Samsung Galaxy tab line, and the Kindle Fire, but I prefer surfing with a Windows machine and find Android a little annoying. As a “renewed” product, I have found no cosmetic or performance issues, and I have had no reliability issues here in the first 30 days. The sound isn’t great and is the main reason for deducting a star, but overall I am very pleased with this machine. Battery life is excellent for how I use the machine; I charge once or twice per week, using it an hour or two in the evening. Again, I prefer Windows, and for me this machine is about perfect – YMMV.

Surprisingly pristine
I have had this surface for almost two years now and it continues to be the most useful thing I have ever bought off amazon. The refurbisher (RBM) did a fantastic job and when it arrived it was like a new machine. It has some problems at times, but nothing that a new machine wouldn’t (every computer has some “eccentricity”). I was surprised to find I could even play things like “the sims” on it. I bought it to use asan art tablet exclusively, but it just ended up becoming my main pc.
