Manual:
1) Encendido/apagado: asegúrate de que la alimentación esté encendida, mantén presionado “encendido/apagado” con el sonido de caída, luego la pantalla se encenderá, mostrará la temperatura interior, el tiempo, la capacidad de la batería. La luz trasera de la pantalla se apagará automáticamente después de 20 segundos sin ninguna operación. Si quieres apagar la máquina, pulsa la tecla “ON/OFF” más de 3 segundos.

First, the machine can display temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Just press and hold + and – at the same time to switch between F and C.It come with bag, wall plug, usb car adapter with micro usb cable which allow you to power it using car 12v port. It also run on rechargeable battery, but I did not test it.Setup is quite simple, except the instruction does not mention how to switch from C to F or F to C.The unit use peltier and fan to cool the cooling chamber which is very very small but still fit two Humulin 70/30 KwikPen. The cooling system is similar to the system that use to cool CPU in high end computer which use peltier with heat sink and fan. Peltier has some limitation based on ambience temperature.The unit displayed 37 F but the cooling chamber was 54 F. The seller claimed that the temperature displayed is for the bottom part of the chamber. But I use a thermometer and place the probe directly at the bottom of cooling chamber, and it read 53 F. The ambience temperature was controlled at 72 F.That mean the unit is not be able to reach safe stored temperature for Insulin but only safe for opened or to carry Insulin around for daily use which you have to discard unused portion after some period of time.So the temperature displayed on unit is NOT ACCURATE!

A Perfect Solution for Traveling with Chilled Meds (Updated)
Just got mine today and set it up right away. Really works great! Plugged it in to charge the battery and to begin to chill it down as a test, and it didn’t take much time at all for it to reach 42 degrees. I kept it plugged in to keep charging the battery, and it maintained that temp every time I looked in on it to check the battery level. Perfect solution for my upcoming travel during the winter, and it should be even of better use next summer.FYI re storage – it holds three of my Lantus Solostar insulin pens with a little wiggle room to spare, so that works out well, too. Seems to be very well made – nothing cheap about it. The packaging was done well, too. It also comes with a form-fitting carry bag that has loose mesh where the intake/outtake vents are so you can use the bag while it works. Strongly recommend this for anyone who needs a simple, compact method to keep meds cool.UPDATE 02/14/18: Used it a lot during a six-week trip that just got over. I plugged it into my car for a four-day/three-night travel each way, plus I had to move around to three different locations within the six weeks, at which time I plugged it into the car as well. Worked like a charm to keep my three insulin pens at 42 degrees. It only made a very light humming noise while refrigerating my pens using the car’s electricity. We had refrigerators at each of the places we stayed, so I just plugged it into a socket the night before we left so that the unit was already cool and ready to go in the morning. I tested the rechargeable battery for one whole day during my trip back with one pen still inside, and after between eight and nine hours of NOT being plugged into the car, working only on its own battery, it was still running and still cool when we stopped for the night. It was, however, pretty far down on the battery charge by then.With my medical situation, this has been the best thing I could’ve bought – really. It took all of the anxiety i was having prior to the trip totally away so that it actually became a non-issue. When I first wrote my above original review, I had highly recommended it due to how well it worked on my kitchen table. Now that I’ve tested it for real, I can honestly say that this fit the bill perfectly, and I still highly recommend it.

Product is worth the price. Used on a 7 day cruise. Only drawback is it only held 2 of my husband’s Insulin pens but not a problem for 7 days. It kept the temp and we had no issues with set up.

Only the bottom floor of the storage comparment reaches desired temperature.
Be aware that this only keeps the bottom floor of the storage area at the advertised 2C – 8C (supposedly, it’s hard to verify this). After buying this, I plugged it in, turned it on, and set the temperature to the minimum of 35F (2C). After several minutes, the display showed it had reached 32F. However, a wireless thermometer I had placed inside registered 55F, a significant difference, and far to warm for my medication.To be fair, the description does state that only the bottom floor reaches the desired temperature (I had missed this originally). Still, I’m skeptical that simply having a vial of medicine (much less a pen) in contact with a 32F surface in an otherwise 55F environment will keep it cool enough. After all, the thermometer was in contact with the floor and still registered a high temperature.Bottom line: this is a nice piece of equipment: compact and easy to use. But I’m wary of using a device that only cools one surface, not the storage compartment itself.

Only holds 4 10ml insulin vials.
If it was just 1/2″ longer inside the unit it could hold a full 6 vials. As it is now I ended up filling the wasted space with cotton packing to keep the vials from rattling around. Hopefully someone will read this and correct this problem on a future version.

Designed for travel
Okay so here is the run down. This is definitely a good product. We tested this out on various occasions. We went to the Caribbean and the temperature combined with the humidity was on average 90 degrees. My dad set the temperature between 6-10 and sometimes left it on 10. With a full battery and the temperature on high plus the environment, the cooler was steady for 8 hours. When the temperature around us dropped or we entered anywhere with air conditioner, the cooler stayed on for about 10 hours. This insulin car cooler/refrigerator does it purpose. This is not a cooler you purchase for every day use. TRAVELING, LONG CAR RIDES, CAMPING ONLY! My dad and I loved it. We used it while traveling on Harley and it was compatible with the motorcycle features. Read all the instructions before turning on. Very easy to use and informative.

This is a lifesaver for dedicated world, or local, business traveler
If you travel to China, India, or a third world country, this will save your refrigerated drugs. In many parts of the world, electricity is rationed during the day. So your power may be shut off while you’re out of the hotel. The battery backup will keep your drugs from spoiling. This feature has saved my bacon on more than one occasion. Well worth the piece of mind for the price. Also, while traveling out west, a hotel I was staying in, lost power due to a tornado in the area. Power was off for 20 hours in 90 degree + heat. Between the battery backup and a 10,000 power bank, my drugs stayed nice and cold. Just buy it for the piece of mind.

Works continuously without issue
We bought it to keep the diabetes medicine refrigerated during a long trip abroad. The machine worked flawlessly during 20 days without interruption! From the bus to the airport then on the plane and later from car to hotels day and night. We never shut it off. Highly recommended. Beats any other means of keeping the medicine cold. Will not charge on first time of use. I want a refund as it has never been used.
The fridge will not charge for the first time of use! I bought this fridge for my summer vacation 2021 and when I tried to charge it using the 12-volt source (car) it would not charge. I could not use it even for the first time. I would like to return it and get a refund. It has never been used.

I’ve only used this case once but it met all my expectations. I was nervous about traveling with my son’s backup insulin pens but the ability to plug it in on the plane (we flew on Delta), in the rental car, and then without plugging it in at all, the pens stayed cold until we eventually checked into our hotel and could place them into the fridge. I hope our upcoming trip to Mexico will be just as easy and successful. It is really worth the money considering how well it works. I just wonder how long it will really last, the warranty says one year, so even if it lasts only one year, it’s still worth the money to be able to bring backup pens on vacation.

Cools well.I have a 10,000mAh power bank for use when a plug in power source isn’t readily available.Only downside is the capacity, which means I need 2 on a long trip. I carry them in my over the shoulder carry on, which makes it heavy. I stow under my seat so I can monitor temperature during the flight, although I have never had a problem.

I was so worried when Irealized the unit was defective. Absolutely stunned as the vendor is from China and o never expected such A+ service and response.

Recommended without hesitation
This cooler works very well and we have been quite satisfied travelling with it. It holds right at the target temperature in a variety of conditions. It warmed some when left it in a closed car in direct sunlight in Louisiana in July which is understandable because the temperature in the car was probably 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The company saw my review, contacted me about this minor problem and offered a full refund. You can’t do much better than that for standing behind the quality of your product. I would buy this cooler again without hesitation.

This cooler works very well and we have been quite satisfied travelling with it. It holds right at the target temperature in a variety of conditions. It warmed some when left it in a closed car in direct sunlight in Louisiana in July which is understandable because the temperature in the car was probably 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The company saw my review, contacted me about this minor problem and offered a full refund. You can’t do much better than that for standing behind the quality of your product. I would buy this cooler again without hesitation.

Temp shown not accurate / Yes, it display Fahrenheit!
First, the machine can display temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Just press and hold + and – at the same time to switch between F and C.It come with bag, wall plug, usb car adapter with micro usb cable which allow you to power it using car 12v port. It also run on rechargeable battery, but I did not test it.Setup is quite simple, except the instruction does not mention how to switch from C to F or F to C.The unit use peltier and fan to cool the cooling chamber which is very very small but still fit two Humulin 70/30 KwikPen. The cooling system is similar to the system that use to cool CPU in high end computer which use peltier with heat sink and fan. Peltier has some limitation based on ambience temperature.The unit displayed 37 F but the cooling chamber was 54 F. The seller claimed that the temperature displayed is for the bottom part of the chamber. But I use a thermometer and place the probe directly at the bottom of cooling chamber, and it read 53 F. The ambience temperature was controlled at 72 F.That mean the unit is not be able to reach safe stored temperature for Insulin but only safe for opened or to carry Insulin around for daily use which you have to discard unused portion after some period of time.So the temperature displayed on unit is NOT ACCURATE!

A Perfect Solution for Traveling with Chilled Meds (Updated)
Just got mine today and set it up right away. Really works great! Plugged it in to charge the battery and to begin to chill it down as a test, and it didn’t take much time at all for it to reach 42 degrees. I kept it plugged in to keep charging the battery, and it maintained that temp every time I looked in on it to check the battery level. Perfect solution for my upcoming travel during the winter, and it should be even of better use next summer.FYI re storage – it holds three of my Lantus Solostar insulin pens with a little wiggle room to spare, so that works out well, too. Seems to be very well made – nothing cheap about it. The packaging was done well, too. It also comes with a form-fitting carry bag that has loose mesh where the intake/outtake vents are so you can use the bag while it works. Strongly recommend this for anyone who needs a simple, compact method to keep meds cool.UPDATE 02/14/18: Used it a lot during a six-week trip that just got over. I plugged it into my car for a four-day/three-night travel each way, plus I had to move around to three different locations within the six weeks, at which time I plugged it into the car as well. Worked like a charm to keep my three insulin pens at 42 degrees. It only made a very light humming noise while refrigerating my pens using the car’s electricity. We had refrigerators at each of the places we stayed, so I just plugged it into a socket the night before we left so that the unit was already cool and ready to go in the morning. I tested the rechargeable battery for one whole day during my trip back with one pen still inside, and after between eight and nine hours of NOT being plugged into the car, working only on its own battery, it was still running and still cool when we stopped for the night. It was, however, pretty far down on the battery charge by then.With my medical situation, this has been the best thing I could’ve bought – really. It took all of the anxiety i was having prior to the trip totally away so that it actually became a non-issue. When I first wrote my above original review, I had highly recommended it due to how well it worked on my kitchen table. Now that I’ve tested it for real, I can honestly say that this fit the bill perfectly, and I still highly recommend it.

Product is worth the price. Used on a 7 day cruise. Only drawback is it only held 2 of my husband’s Insulin pens but not a problem for 7 days. It kept the temp and we had no issues with set up.

Only the bottom floor of the storage comparment reaches desired temperature.
Be aware that this only keeps the bottom floor of the storage area at the advertised 2C – 8C (supposedly, it’s hard to verify this). After buying this, I plugged it in, turned it on, and set the temperature to the minimum of 35F (2C). After several minutes, the display showed it had reached 32F. However, a wireless thermometer I had placed inside registered 55F, a significant difference, and far to warm for my medication.To be fair, the description does state that only the bottom floor reaches the desired temperature (I had missed this originally). Still, I’m skeptical that simply having a vial of medicine (much less a pen) in contact with a 32F surface in an otherwise 55F environment will keep it cool enough. After all, the thermometer was in contact with the floor and still registered a high temperature.Bottom line: this is a nice piece of equipment: compact and easy to use. But I’m wary of using a device that only cools one surface, not the storage compartment itself.

Works, but unreliable and poorly designed
We bought this for an eye medication that needed to be kept cool — an application not nearly as critical as insulin storage. The USB power input failed right away, probably because of a faulty jack in the case. We live in a rural area where power glitches are common, and the cooler will not come back on after a power glitch. I’m an electrical engineer, and failure to power back up is considered a SERIOUS design issue. Switching to the battery is unreliable, and the battery is short-lived. The display is poor and the buttons are easy to hit accidentally. Perhaps some people need a clock, but almost everyone has a phone or watch.This is a product that needs to be re-designed. I would recommend that you look elsewhere first.

Only holds 4 10ml insulin vials.
If it was just 1/2″ longer inside the unit it could hold a full 6 vials. As it is now I ended up filling the wasted space with cotton packing to keep the vials from rattling around. Hopefully someone will read this and correct this problem on a future version.

Designed for travel
Okay so here is the run down. This is definitely a good product. We tested this out on various occasions. We went to the Caribbean and the temperature combined with the humidity was on average 90 degrees. My dad set the temperature between 6-10 and sometimes left it on 10. With a full battery and the temperature on high plus the environment, the cooler was steady for 8 hours. When the temperature around us dropped or we entered anywhere with air conditioner, the cooler stayed on for about 10 hours. This insulin car cooler/refrigerator does it purpose. This is not a cooler you purchase for every day use. TRAVELING, LONG CAR RIDES, CAMPING ONLY! My dad and I loved it. We used it while traveling on Harley and it was compatible with the motorcycle features. Read all the instructions before turning on. Very easy to use and informative.

This is a lifesaver for dedicated world, or local, business traveler
If you travel to China, India, or a third world country, this will save your refrigerated drugs. In many parts of the world, electricity is rationed during the day. So your power may be shut off while you’re out of the hotel. The battery backup will keep your drugs from spoiling. This feature has saved my bacon on more than one occasion. Well worth the piece of mind for the price. Also, while traveling out west, a hotel I was staying in, lost power due to a tornado in the area. Power was off for 20 hours in 90 degree + heat. Between the battery backup and a 10,000 power bank, my drugs stayed nice and cold. Just buy it for the piece of mind.

Works continuously without issue
We bought it to keep the diabetes medicine refrigerated during a long trip abroad. The machine worked flawlessly during 20 days without interruption! From the bus to the airport then on the plane and later from car to hotels day and night. We never shut it off. Highly recommended. Beats any other means of keeping the medicine cold. Stores two syringes without problem.

The fridge will not charge for the first time of use! I bought this fridge for my summer vacation 2021 and when I tried to charge it using the 12-volt source (car) it would not charge. I could not use it even for the first time. I would like to return it and get a refund. It has never been used.

Nope, does not cool as advertised, PERIOD.
Whatever the company says, the bottom panel of this device does not cool to 2 deg C (approx 39 deg F). Their claim to measuring the temp with a thermometer is measuring the air is not true.I read the reviews and all the info from Aijun (and the device I bought came from the Aijun store, sold thru Amazon). Another website rated this device highly as well. So I purchased it.I first plugged it in for an hour, setting the temp to the minimum 2 deg C. I placed an insulin pen in it and waited another hour. When I pulled the pen out, it was warm. And with an instant read thermometer, the base panel measures 52 deg F. So after 2hrs, in a 69 deg F room, it could only cool the bottom panel 17 degs.Waste of money.

Got a defective unit???
Worked great initially. Got down to the low temperature so loaded the unit with insulin and off we went on vacation. 36 hours later I checked the unit and the battery appeared to be dead, but the unit had kept the insulin cool. Figured that I just exceeded the life of a charge… Plugged the unit back in to both 12 volt and 110 AC and the battery showed it was charging, but there was no longer any fan noise nor did any of the rest of the digital display work (just the battery part of the display – thought it was interesting tgat only part of the display was working)….let it charge for an another two hours….no fan noise, no display other than the battery indicator, no cooling….did i just get a defective unit?

The temperature doesn’t get even close to specified.Despite the display showing 2ºC, the inner temperature was 12ºC as showed on the thermometer, even with sensor touching the bottom floor.After that I went to the website and saw that the description states that only the bottom reaches 2º and that the medicine in contact with the bottom would be 2º (I didn’t see this initially). But I took an empty medicine vial, filled with water, put the sensor inside the water and left for a couple days with the vial touching the bottom and side for better refrigeration. The temperature didn’t get below 12º even with the display showing 2º.Not reliable to leave important medicines that really needs refrigeration in this cooler.

Great for my insulin
Diabetic for 26 years now and this is life changing for me. I can go on a long car trip without worry. I take this every day to work and recommend a backpack that can breath. Well worth the price! I used the frio pouch before this and this gives me alot more confidence.

Excellent device
Its an excellent device. I used it for my son immunosuppressants injection which has to be stored in temperature between 2-6 c•.I travelled on my car and the battery stays more than 6 hrs. I can go outdoors without panic. Thank you very much for making my life easy.

Size is good, cooling, when it works is good, they just do not last. Just ordered my 4th in 3 years. I do not use the battery because it is not needed in bathroom. Sadly I think this is my last order., since they never work very long before stopping completely!

Internal Width Description Is Not Accurate. Would not recommend for 2-8° C
I was hopeful this product would work for travel.1. The width of the box is listed as 2.16 inches. The internal box of the unit I received was less than two inches.2. I would not use this for medication that must be kept between 2-8° C. The air temperature in the box never got below 10° C, while the ambient temperature was above 23°C. The metal cooling plate was colder than 10° C, but since the medicine I would put in the box is in a plastic container there little to no chance that conductive cooling will keep the medicine in the required temperature range.
